FA-OC-GYFTS96, Stranded GYFTS Fiber Optic Cable With Non-metal Center Strength Member 96 Fibers

GYFTS type fiber optic cable is with non metallic reinforced strength member, twisted & stranded loose tubes, fillers, steel tape and polyethylene sheath. The 125μm fibers are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic and the PBT tubes are filled with water-resistant filling compound. A non-metal FRP or metal steel wire locates in the centre of the fiber cable as a non-metallic or metallic strength member. The PBT loose tubes ( or possible fillers ) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. The PSP is longitudinally applied over the cable core, which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water or moisture. The cable is completed with a PE sheath outside.

Characteristics

Full section water proof structure, steel tape with double side plastic coated ensures good water resistance and moisture resistance;

The special ointment is filled in the loose tube, and realize excellent protection for the optical fiber;

High modulus glass fiber reinforced plastic rod (FRP) as center reinforcement member;

The service life of the fiber cable is more than 30 years;

Suitable for long distance communication and inter office communication applications;

Suitable for overhead and pipe laying;

Maximum bend radius long term 10 times of the cable diameter, short term 20 times of the cable diameter.
